My brothers Vodacom signal isn't that great. He's emailed customer care and the engineer has come out.

What is the process and time line from this point forward?

We also have a big problem with the quality of our signal. The engineer came and tested the signal and, according to Murphy's law, everything worked perfectly during the test. We had a call a week later to tell us the bad news that VC has transmission problems in our area (Wilkoppies, Klerksdorp) and that there is no immediate hope that the problem will be fixed. Traffic is increasing and that only slows down everything further :(
