Please help!
I purchased a contract through Vodacom that included the Dell lap top. The problem I have is that until 3 weeks ago i could log on from my house. Then one fateful Sunday evening I could not log on anymore. I could only log on via GPRS, this didnt bug me as i know I'm in the sticks. I contacted the help desk and the service was really excellent. They managed to send a Technician out to my premises and got back to me, telling me that the signal is very bad there and there is nothing they can do. This to me is unacceptable as i used to have service and now don't. If I didnt have a signal to begin with I could understand. I am paying R600 a month for something i can't use. I have no need to log on from my office as i already have Internet access from there. I spoke to a friend of mine and he said the turn the receivers or towers to face the busy areas because of the festive season. I don't know if this is true.
