Network worm threatens enterprise security

Does anyone know were your can learn to fight of worms, trojans and viruses?
 
Install all the latest microsoft patches and have up to date antivirus running? That should keep you safe from 90% of the stuff out there, the remaining 10% being human stupidity..

As with biological infections, the best remedy is abstinance. Unfortunately that would mean not connecting to the internet, LAN / WAN. So perhaps it's time to pull out the old Games Console for entertainment and dust off the long forgotten titles :p
