Elon Musk’s Neuralink Corp. aims to start putting its coin-sized computing brain implant into human patients within six months, the company announced at an event at its Fremont, Calif. headquarters on Wednesday evening.

Neuralink has been refining the product, which consists of a tiny device and electrode-laced wires, along with a robot that carves out a piece of a person’s skull and implants it into the brain.

Isn't the article about the fact that the laws have allowed him to continue to human testing? ‍

There are people in the US walking around with ocular implants that once was able to make them see. Those companies went bankrupt and eventually these devices stopped functioning.
Let's hope neuralink doesn't go the twitter direction. Over employed over funded because of fake numbers, with business departments that dont do business and needing tons of people fired or the company has to shut down.

that's my concern as well, if cellphones and the internet are bad enough,
now its connected directly into your brain, so many sci fi works on why that's a very bad idea.

Money, Criminal records, risky Behavior, access rights and so much else.
all inside your brain,
