NEVER EVER AGAIN EATEN AT KFC

I still love KFC after watching this though, I seriously doubt if Rainbow Chickens slaughter/torture their chickens in the same manner.

Sucks to be at the top of the food chain. Made me think about my cat playing a mouse/bird to death before chowing it.

So i guess you would also say that skinning animals alive is fine because we are top of the food chain.

I think we all know what they are doing is wrong on so many levels.

I'm sure KFC dont have their own chicken farms and slaughter houses they buy from rainbow chickens and farmer brown or whatever just like you and me? I dont get it.

As lcbxx said: Its not much crueler than my DOG playing a CAT to death before chowing it... the food chain u know.

Food is food...:)

I'm not saying that at all. What is happening in that video is undisputibly gruesome. But it's not going to put me of eating chicken or other meat for that matter.

PS: Skinning chicken for KFC is rather pointless since the reason one chows KFC is for that crispy fried skin!

I rather go eat my vegetables and fruit from now on.

If I only knew how they slaughter piggs, cows, chickens I would probably not be carnivore.

I would like to see how rainbow or farmer brown slaughter their chickens...
One sick job to do to be honest with you.

Dude our country is not nearly as sick as America. America and the Asian nations are the worst for animal cruelty. There is being top of the food chain and there is down right sick, when i think of sick the first thought that comes into my head is America.

LC i know it been a slow day but my post did say ALSO, so i never mentioned anything about skinning a chicken.

Well, livestock such as cows/pigs are bashed in the front of the skull with a pneumatic hammer. This shatters the frontal area of the brain, rendering the animal unconcious & paralyzed, but not dead as the heart is still beating, thereby preventing spoilage of the meat.

When the time comes for processing, the animals throat is cut and the carcass is hung upside down in order for it to bleed out. All of these things are done in order to preserve the quality and the tenderness of the meat.

They can't as they are certified Halaal (By SANHA), which also involves monthly checks/stringetn requirements etc:)

Perhaps Hollywood can create more films where the slaughtering & processing of animals are show, instead of simulated violence/killing of human beings? Perhaps something like Ram & Merino instead of Rambo. Or Slaughterhouse instead of Hostel.

Why would they do that? not sure what you getting at to be honest.

Most people do not want to know how their favourite foods are made nor do most care.

Whew, luckily I'm a vegetarian already, so I don't have to watch this video.

The entire "production line" meat industry is very barbaric I'm afraid.

Probably as fake as Pamela Andersons' tits. I remember the fake KFC email from not too long ago about featherless chickens etc.
There are regulations in place and this kind of thing won't be tolerated by a giant corporation like KFC.

As for slaughtering what you eat - I suppose if you're not willing to kill it then you shouldn't eat it.
