Time for the R is here, I am impressed with the figures but it doesn't look as aggressive as the previous R and the R 32. they also did away with the midpipes and replaced it with four pipes like those found in the new S3, I must say the new S3 looks much better and more aggressive that the R. The R looks like the standard Golf 7 even the Gti 7 is more muscular. A bit disappointed.

All the Gti's from 5 to 7 looks amazing. I jut think they didn't make the Golf 7 R as muscular and aggressive as it should be. Otherwise all Golfs are beautiful.

Agreed. I dont know why people are still obsessed about the looks. It's about the personality ( how it drives)

Rubbish - go do some research. Have even seen the safety features on the new Golfs? Have you read performance reviews?

Their Euro Ncap rating is also one of the highest in the small passenger car segment. It even beats BMW.

If you knew anything about VAG, you'd realise that the Audi 8V and Golf share the exact same MQB architecture - never mind that it uses the same engine as the Golf R.
