We are upgrading 20 sites in Bellville to 3G. 5 sites in Hout Bay will be upgraded to 3G and 4 sites in Kirstenhof and surrounding areas will be 3G enabled.

These are all 3G upgrades not HSDPA

i made a 3G call to the green and blue guys , could receive video , however not transmitting video , i checked the settings on my phone , sending video is enabled , must be some kinda issue with the tower .
