New Apple lineup RSA arrival date

Finally Apple has released the new linup of notebooks and having waited about 4 months for the launch, i would love to know when we would expect them to hit SA Stores ?

How long does it normally take for us to get stock ?

We "get stock" when Core has sold off the absolute last of the old ones. So go online and buy every old-style MBP you can find. That will speed things up. And let us know when you're done.

OK, seriously now. Apple supplies America first, then Western Europe, then Japan, China ... South Africa is waaaaaayyy back at the end of the line. I wouldn't expect to see any before August.

I would say within the next month we should get stock. Core is on the ball recently - they did the new iPad launch really well.

Sadly it will be about 4 - 6 weeks after the official launch.

Probably 2-4 weeks depends i know i bought my Early 2011 MBP about 3 weeks after launch but the new units probably on route

Phoned ZAStore...They were having a "meeting with Apple" about the ETA times for the new models. I was told, they'll know by Friday when the stock will arrive...
