This thread is about Axxess Uncapped, rather than Axxess Express. So the accounts are not throttled to 192k during the day, but the general shaping is much more severe.

With the current changes, though, the express accounts have now lost the only reason they were still being purchased.

But it's an unshaped account with shaping if you abuse it.
How much shaping and what is typically abuse? We need some scenarios here.

And top 50% wtf - seriously, so half the users who actually use their accounts fairly heavenly on a daily basis will get nailed.

This is a bit of a strange one, if we ALL use a ton of data, it will be better for ALL of us. Not so good for them. If we all only use a little bit, someone that pulls 10gigs may be in the top 50%. I say we all go Balls-to-the-walls

I don't read it like that.

I think its 50% of usage not users. So if 95% users use 150 gigs and 5% use 5 gigs, the 95% of users will be in the top 50% and be throttled.
