New billing Amount Without contract ?

Please advise why the Telkom 10+10 gb promotion mow costs me R299 per month. I was not approached to renew my contract and now there is an increase in fees.

when the contract is over the contract is then charged at the standard price of the package and not the special you signed up for as the 24 months are over.
