Telkom contract via the istore

So gatvol now of trying to get another contract via the istore. it has been a week's battle.

The Telkom system in the istore says I have more than 5 active lines when I do not. I confirmed this with Telkom mobile store and the customer contact centre and I can see on my telkom account that there is only my number.

I tried going to another istore and it says the same but according to Telkom I only have one. SO the issue seems to be with istore because one consultant says they use a different telkom system than the telkom mobile stores but Telkom store says its istore. It has been such a damn issue and I am now gatvol.

I have escalated it 4 times to managers of the store because clearly it is istore. I have been a telkom mobile customer for more than 10 years and never had any issues. I got my exisiting contract 2 years ago from the istore in Canal walk and there was no issue then. So why is an additional one such a damn mission.

Telkom says its istore and istore says its Telkom! and I am convinced it is istore because Telkom agent says my order number for the contract was put through!

Is there a Telkom manager or istore person here because I have now just had it.
