Hi all

ok ...new pc and migrated my ssd files to new one.

now i uninstalled the old drivers and even removed them from hidden files.

installing the new ones the intel installation says that no adapter is found, thought the board was faulty seems not(had a fresh install of windows on a drive which i installed the driver inside the pc and it worked.)

I checked bios as well....

The old copy of my windows just doesnt seem to pick up my adapter/lan device.
I dont want to back up every last thing and wait forever to transfer them back on fresh install of windows.

Has anyone encountered something like this? How can i fix this :/
I've googled but nothing comes up

is your network card listed under device manager in computer management..? if so, hit the uninstall button from the right click menu and reboot.. that may help..

if its not there, thats a very curious issue indeed..

Thats whats weird.it does auto install the driver but doesnt work..uninstalled so many times now but nothing

if you attempt to boot from network, normally f12 during boot, does it attempt to boot off the network..?

also, update the bios if you havent yet, and if it is latest, downgrade if you can..

By the time you get this working you could have backed up all your data, reinstalled a fresh copy of windows and copied your data back.

I've had a similar problem with a ether driver before which I wasted too much time on. The process of a fresh install was way faster & it's nice having a fresh system without worrying about picking up another issue you missed two days down the line.

Hope you get it sorted.
