another thing. I'm sure If you approached some of these guys in a better fashion, they would have gladly helped you set your equipment up to such a level that you wont need amps. That would've saved you money and save us from your noise in the airwaves.

I agree it is getting silly. This guy Ricard comes in here out of the blue and threatens to have lawyers sue me as well as have black BMWs lurking outside my house!

You came in here and admitted to using amps, then you claim u know the law. So if you know the law make like it says and keep it to the limits.

Please explain what is so exciting about have 500 amps/boosters strewn across the countryside causing interference for all, including emergency services frequencies when your installations are not done correctly. ?

As I see it, to come and advertise a oppertunity to link up with a network that takes the easy "AMP" route, while we spend the majority of our time to do links with normaol cm9's and rb52's, that was the mistake you made.
 
What is going on here has gone far enough.

The personal abuse is getting silly and I don't really think we need to take things further - from a legal perspective I think the offending individuals employers would be less than happy that their internet bandwidth is being used for such purposes.
