How would you phrase this to be correct?

I'm only asking as I'm picking up my "new" car this weekend, but its not new new, only new for me in the sense that its not my old car.

Bad idea, very bad idea, not because there's anything wrong with it but you don't buy a Citroen if you are planning to keep the car for ever, at some point Citroen is going to disappear from the scene and you will be left to fend for yourself.

Try to predict the future based on the current trends and let that inform your decision.

both are correct in the English sense as new means not existed before in this sense..

so a new car, is new to the owner because they hadn't ever had it before... the year model isn't of issue. (I have a new girlfriend <-- I promise you she is not new out the box... actually her box is definitely not new!)

hence why I asked the age of the car? then some vagina face went off and kaked on me for asking a simple question...

Eww those citroens use wet timing belts...hard pass sandwich get your money back and get something better but first ask for advice on the different car forums before you pull the trigger next time....

Yes, all their customers are idiots in their eyes.....well, now I wonder, anyone byuing one is now an idiot in my eyes, but not all can be blamed for not knowing any better beforehand. Some okes even buy a second one, but if one has only knowledge of stale bread, they cannot know cake tastes nicer, so they keep buying stale bread.

Out of many cars i've owned, the VW's and Audi's gave me 0 problems. Absolutely amazing vehicles and reason i've bought another Audi...
 
I hired a Citroen in Turkey last year. It was actually well built but it was pretty new and gave a warning while driving it lol. That said, it felt solid enough on the road. If I had to buy French though i'de get a Renault or Peugeuot.

I've driven a LOT of cars i've rented, and i've owned a few and so far Audi by far beats anything i've had. They really are just such cars and those V6 turbo's are something else.

Depends on year/model. The wet belt was replaced by a timing chain in the Gen 3 PureTech engines circa 2023.
