I have a dx10.1 card - what extra features do I get with the .1 ?

Well if the game runs in DX10.1 mode its should run upto 15% than if it ran in DX10 mode. I guess that the since DX11 is a superset of DX10.1 that would mean that DX11 games will run faster on DX10.1 than DX10 gfx cards.
