New Contract changing networks

hi i recently took a contract on the 14th of march with telkom mobile and i wanted to port my existing number to telkom mobile from vodacom, it has been over 72 hours and my number is no where near being ported to my contract and it has become terribly inconvenient as my banking work all goes through that number and i do not want to have to change my contact details. does anyone know of a solution for my situation

yeah good luck with that took us countless calls before our number was ported over, I would recommend you phone them 100 times then they normally start doing something just to get rid of the person calling all the time, or head on over to hellopeter.com and launch a complain that gets a quick response mostly
 
i think it took few calls but lucky for me it did get sorted. thanks for the help
