New cool ideas service

I submitted for switch to Cool Ideas at beginning of November . My existing ISP cutoff date was the 30 November . I get a response from Cool Ideas on the 3rd December that Vumatel will switch the fibre to cool ideas and it will take 3 to 7 days.
I believe that the process should have been started two or three days earlier to get a month end cutoff.
Now there is the cost incurred for December due to the late switch over.

If there is a provisioning issue then we have to manually request the process from Vumatel. This happens for more frequently since they have implemented their new portal. Drop me a PM with your account details.
