new cpu vs new gpu

as most of you know i have posted a few threads with these subjects in. So i now need your help in choosing wheather i should get a new intel e6400, ram and mb or.... if i should get i next gen graphics card? im currently using an amd 3200+ with a gig of ddr ram and an ati redeon x1600pro...

wait for directx10 graphics cards and get one of those but it also depends on its use, one would think you want it for gaming right?

That 3200+ CPU is still good.
If i was in your situation i'd buy a 7600GT for now and keep your cash for when DX10 Gfx cards / Core2Duo is out.

I agree - Vista is vapourware at this point
