We would like to congratulate Edwin Thompson who has been appointed as the new ICASA Chair. He has big shoes to fill (Ray Webber), but I think he is well positioned to understand the need for competition, SAT3 access etc. We have also send him a personal email of congratulations and offered him our support in their ventures in the broadband arena.
