New DSTV Explora 3B - replacing Explora 3A

Unless I'm misunderstanding you, you need to go to a multichoice agent to activate a decoder as far as I know.
 
If it is a new decoder (never been registered) it should be easy to add it using the app/website?
If it is stuck on the logo screen that's a different issue, not relating to registering.
Latest decoders might be smartcard-less.
 
Hi yes because the smart cards are normaly locked to a decoder anyway on new decoders the smart card is built into the software of the decoder saving money normaly with a new decoder you need to phone Dstv to put the decoder on your account. If the decoder is only showing the dstv logo maybe dstv can tell you if this is a fault or not.
