So i work for a stock broking company, i send out a newsletter to all our clients everyday, WHICH THEY SIGNED UP FOR.
Everything been working perfectly, but this morning i open my email, and get several emails from vodacom(lot of our clients have vodamail email addresses) with the subject line:Considered UNSOLICITED BULK EMAIL, apparently from you with the rest of the email reading
Im guessing they have some new UBE filter running, how do i get our domain put on the white list?

A message from <****@xenium.co.za> to:
-> **********@vodamail.co.za
was considered unsolicited bulk e-mail (UBE).
Our internal reference code for your message is 05513-05-3/G0JAnCqUZo27
The message carried your return address, so it was either a genuine mail from you, or a sender address was faked and your e-mail address abused by third party, in which case we apologize for undesired notification.
We do try to minimize backscatter for more prominent cases of UBE and for infected mail, but for less obvious cases of UBE some balance between losing genuine mail and sending undesired backscatter is sought, and there can be some collateral damage on both sides.
According to a 'Received:' trace, the message originated at: [64.246.36.129],
Return-Path: <****@xenium.co.za>
Message-ID: <[email protected]>
Subject: Xenium News
