Yes except no USB port and file management - they are never going to be a part of the iPad. You can get a camera connection kit for a USB port. That's it. The file management is iCloud and iTunes.

But, I need to ask you a question? I am with MTN and I cannot get my hands on the Iphone 4S.They say 3 weeks waiting and the I must put my name on a list and they will contact me. Does this sound right to you?

All of the Android tablets are likely to have some form of USB port.

No, most of them have microUSB ports, same as cellphones - you get microUSB to full USB adapters, if you need this.

There were one or two previous generation models that had full USB ports - Acer comes to mind.

Yeah, on the iPad 3 itself. I know the Transformer only has a USB port on the dock, but that's manageable. The point was that I'd buy an iPad 3 the minute it released if it had a USB port.

You can use the Apple cable to the same effect though. Granted its a proprietary cable but its pretty easy to get hold of.

Nope, many uses for it.

I do that over wi-fi with my tablet. But sometimes you have to use a notebook/netbook.
