Its got DADDY FIESTA written all over it. I think the interior is pretty damn cool!
 
They should have done better...
This means there will be more fakers buying GTis:o

The triangles in front? Ill take a pic of the real thing before it comes out, maybe it will look better.

The interior on the other is just :sick:
Have a seat in a 1.4 MK6 and a Audi R8 V10.... thats how good the Golfs interior is.

I had the same issue! I posted on the forum questions, but no one else experienced it.

My mom has had (all brand new) :

Polo TDI (74KW)
Golf 4 GTI (110KW)
VW Touareg 3.0
VW Touareg V10

My stepbrother and uncle had new Golf 4 GTI (132KW) each - and my brother had a brand new Life 1.6.

They've all had issues - especially the Golf 4 GTIs (one clutch before 30,000km and the other a gearbox before 30,000km). The V10 Touareg - supposed to be one the most expensive VWs - constantly has trouble with rattles, boot latches, tyre sensors, rain sensing wipers etc My brothers Life fanbelt snapped at 1,500km and 20,000km too. Add to the fact that every 96KW TDI seems to pop it's turbo and VW's rating on JD Powers .... I'm not sure Ford is the inferior product :/

To be honest those sound like wear and tear problems, not that they should be a problem but its not so much on the factory fault side.
Touch wood, we've had more VWs and they all seem fine, cept our drivers Jetta 4's headlights are turning yellow. I just scraped it with some fine sandpaper and voila good as new! :)

But overall the VW is a superior car to a Ford. I think very motoring journalist will agree with me.
BTW nice collection of VDubs! I see you the black sheep of the family :P
 
90% have been replaced by something superior ... ;)

hmmm ford and VW.....both are the same standard.......both are made in SA.....go figure.


Secondly if you've only ever owned a BMW or a VW then you are immediately excluded from making statements regarding motor vehicles :) hehe .... unless you own a scirrocco or a bmw with that biturbo 3 litre :)
