Think the A4 is most probable along with higher resolution.

Apple spent m(b)illions on the new chip for the iPad so I am betting they will reuse it in the new iPhone.

Multitasking? Maybe, but extremely controlled. Won't be surprised if apps will have to be rewritten with better memory management etc to conform to multitasking rules.

But all in all...gief new iPhone nao!

I think these are all pretty feasible features for a future iPhone.
But I have to agree with WiT8litZ on the multitasking thing.
