I have a problem..... let me spell it out for you dear Apple...... Third. Party. Headphones.

ROFLOLMAO!!!!!! :D Yes people, Apple - the company quite rightly flamed for having some of the worst quality bundled headphones on the planet - has locked you into using them.

There already a huge market for third party adapters and of course headphones - I doubt this will be any different.

Sure, some headphones have volume controls and even play/pause functionality (depending on compatibility) but only a very small percentage. Do your favourite buds have them? If the answer is no, oops. :o

Tho in their defense, and after some research :), Apple is planning to release an adapter lead with controls for third party headphones. But NOW unless your favourite buds are modular the controls will be somewhere around your knees.

And then their's the extra cost too. :rolleyes:

I'm with boramk tho.... 32GB iPod Nanos FTW!!!! The new gen is so nice!! :eek: :)
