Hey all I would like to tell you about a new image hosting site hosted in SA. The site is http://www.imagegallery.co.za/ , please note that it is still under development but you may make use of it.

For now we don't allow it since it would eat our bandwidth, if our user base gets somewhere and we get some advertising then use we will allow it, but that's in the future.

Pretty much all of the image hosting sites take steps to kill hotlinking on free offerings.

Say I were to upload some pic & post it on digg.com. It gets 10 000 views. Pic hosting service pays 10 000x internet bandwidth but gets zero advertising revenue.

Yes you do, then you have to upload to a public gallery/category...
