I have no idea how tall i am, how much i weigh, and how tough this MH challenge will be.... so im not sure.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
1. Each Friday you'll receive an email detailing your programme for the following week. So watch your inbox this Friday (18/09).
2. Three days a week you'll do basic exercises for about 45 minutes each time. The full programme is uploaded and archived week by week on our website, so if you miss a week you can catch up quickly.
3. We recommend good sports shoes to help you achieve your best. Some days include light walking and jogging.
4. You will receive an invitation to join our social site, where you can keep a personal fitness diary, write a blog or ask our experts questions.
