New MyBroadband Design

This is probably my imagination since I mostly use Tapatalk but I swear the side ads are wider now.
It is indeed your imagination :) The ads are standard sizes, and we have also cut down on the number of ads per page.

I would like more accuracy in the headlines.
We have removed the excerpt from the headlines on the home page, and we will now use slightly longer headlines, which can be more descriptive.

Looks nice.

Clean design with nice big headlines and pictures.

The Mybb logo just looks a bit out of place or disproportional to me.

And MyBB app not working this morning. Will try again later.

MyBroadband has launched its new website design, which offers many improvements over the previous design. It has a more modern look, loads faster, and has a better menu system.

One of the biggest changes is that we have implemented HTTPS.

Your feedback on the new deisgn will be great:

--What do you like about it?

--What don’t you like about it?

--Have you discovered any bugs?

Your feedback on this will be great.

My first impression of the News site is that it looks good, but there are some things that immediately annoy me:

See http://imgur.com/a/p6ngC

Please don't use ALLCAPS anywhere [-]in the menus[/-].

The email subscription banner at the top could be reduced in height, likewise the email subscription banner at the bottom takes up too much space.

I think HTTPS for the forum is a great step forward for MyBB, I presume this is still a work in progress (for the forum) as my browser is complaining that the connection is not fully secure (forum not News site).

One thing that seems to be broken on the forum, is uploading of images (the option of uploading from my PC is no longer available, only the option to retrieve an image from a url is offered), this is probably related to the HTTPS issue.

I use MyBroadband Mobile theme on Edge in Win 10 Mobile. Fast, clean, easy to navigate - just as before. Don't notice any changes, tbh.

Thank you for the feedback.

Are you having issues on the MyBroadband Tapatalk app or the standard Tapatalk app?

Also, are you on Android or iOS?
Android. I cleared the settings and cache and now it's working fine

Yup does not work anymore.

Very nice clean new flat layout,I like it.Reminds me of material by Google which is good, modern is the word that comes to mind.

Only thing that annoyed me a bit is when reading an article the floating heading follows when you scroll down,it looks very sophisticated but comes in your way somewhat as it narrows down the height of readable content.Might be an issue with larger images also.

Should leave it at the top when you scroll down to improve ergonomics instead of compromising it for the sake of looks.

Mybroadband Tapatalk App isn't working on Android Marshmallow.

I just see a wall of ads, pretty much the reason I don't ever go into the old main page, it's of little use to me, little amount of content on one page, just follow the article threads rather in the forum and access the articles there

Internet Explorer on Windows 7.

Titles (News/Press office/Breaking news etc.) displaying correctly on opening page but displaying stacked vertically on Forums page.

Flushed cache, removed ad blocker etc.: no change.

Running fine under Vivaldi.

We had issues with the app earlier which should be resolved now.

Which errors are you seeing?

Also, which version of the app are you using?

Dark-full-screen gives an unathenticated script error in Chrome (haven't tried other browers).

Agree saw the same. On Chrome it is broken.
BUT, On MS Edge it is perfect. Faster and cleaner all in all a move forward. The new colours will take a while to get used to, but then I never understand this preoccupation about changing the look of something.

On an android tablet running 4.0.4, not working well at all. Everything is there but the screen sizing is just not working as expected. The top section of menus are listed one below the other instead of next to each other across the top of the page.

The body of the forum is fine, it is the new look top section that is wrong, not rendering correctly.

Have not tried to upload any images etc yet.
