Hi all,

Welcome the new Neotel rep(s) (Yes, there is more than one!)

Post your problems here (even if you have in the past, start a new thread!) or e-mail them on [email protected]

Let's see how this bunch holds up!

So far they seem to be quite active and helpful which is such a pleasure to see (Really, no sarcasim this time around) :D

Those that get helped by the Neotel rep, please post comments and such.

also please note i have started a weekly thread, by date, so we can post all challenges for the week during those times in there, and have resolution timed for each week.
Makes it a bit easier to manage.
so everyone that posts challenges in the thread Nov 19 to Nov 26, will have resolution by Friday 27 Nov.

Lets see how well we can do this.

If Neotel don't fix my speed issues and price then I will have to move to some other unlimited offer (which has better speed and cost less). :rolleyes:
 
I think the real test of the new reps will be the next time neotel has a serious network failure. Thank goodness I won't be around to experience that again
 
@Neotel rep, please just always be honest and stuff with us, don't tell us there is nothing going on when there clearly is... WE - HATE - BS!

See the plus side here is this, we all tech inclined, so BS wouldn't hold up here.
Alot has been neglected up to now, and the only way it gets resolved is when we are honest and open. Everything i reply to is FACT, and if unsure, you'll have noticed i even comment with a shroud cloud line.

So, forget past empty nothings, this is now and going forward (since i started posting that is).

you guys want answers, you'll get them. Even if it takes every ounce out of me, you'll have the facts.
Also, be a bit patient wiht repsonse times posting on here, i'm still one crew short to tackle every post, and by beginning Dec i'll be full team.
 
Cool I can live with that.
Maybe half the reason I got so PO'd off was the lack of decent answers.

Don't know how risky it would e leaving a cell number here, we working on dedicated number assigned, so will post it here.

For now, the [email protected] works amazingly though.
 
No, don't post cell numbers, rather PM them, but if you say the e-mail works, I'll attempt using that should I need too.

The [email protected] email really does work.

I emailed it on Tuesday to complain that my cancel request had not been seen to in two weeks. Later that day I got a phone call and by that night my service had been cancelled and my phone unit is being picked up today (it would have been yesterday, but Skynet Couriers thought that 20:36 = 17:00, so I was not there to let them in).
