New Netflix Interface

Profiles on the ps3. Whoopee. Hopefully now I won't get sponge bob as a suggestion based on "my" recently viewed

Did you try a "manual" software update check? I always do this rather than wait for the download. Received all previous updates this way as well. . . .

Yep. That's exactly what I've been trying, logged in quickly this morning again and still nothing :(

UK or USA Roku? not that I think it makes a difference. Mine is a USA model.

Just clutching at straws here. . . .

Also US. They did say that they're rolling out gradually though, so it's just a matter of time. I'm just impatient :D

Mine too. Looks good, I see there are just two annoyances that have been introduced:

1. They've removed the option "Play from start." So if you have started watching something previously it automatically starts from where you left off, so if you want to get to the beginning again you must start playing it and then rewind to the start.

2. A series will play the next episode automatically. There is no way to turn this off.

None of these things bug me too much but it would be nice to have the options back.

I have seen a lot of complaints on the internet about the changes that you mention, especially 2. I wounder why they couldn't have an option. I suppose they want to make it as simple as possible at the expense of functionality, a la Apple.

I just upgraded my Roku HD to the new firmware today - Version 5.2 Build 3262. The new firmware now incorporates the Aol.On news section below the My Channels option on the Home Screen. There is even the option to remove this service via the Home Screen option in the Settings menu. I don't see any sign of the new M-Go integration though. My Roku still seems to be losing channels when it boots although they usually reappear after using it for a while. Does the new Roku 3 firmware include M-Go integration or is this still a work in progress?

Sorry, you lost me totally. . . . .

What is this M-Go?? Can't remember seeing this at all.

M-Go is a channel. With the new firmware Roku integrated M-Go features into the UI. I however think that you must have the channel installed to see those features.

It appears that Roku has a commercial arrangement with M-Go to install their video service on all Roku devices. It is currently already available on all of the new devices and will supposedly be included in the new 5.2 software release. The latest devices will also apparently have an M-Go remote button shortcut. My Roku currently has the Aol.On service on the home screen under News but not the M-Go Movies and TV Shows menus as shown in the links below. It does seem likely that one would be able to turn off the service via the Settings menu as for the Aol.On News service.

Yes, that I can confirm. I saw this on my updated firmware as well. No M-Go Movie menu though
