I just placed my order to migrate my fibre line to Afrihost, and immediately after was kicked out of client zone and the mobile application. Trying to sign in again asks me for an OTP that never arrives, tried both the WhatsApp and SMS option. I wanted to see what their hosting options are so I can move everything to them, but now I cannot even access my account. If it makes a difference I had this account before placing the order, it wasn't created as part of the process.
