check this out! i wanna purchase this and have it shipped..some guy on another forum said he got a 8800GTS and got it shipped from this same site for only R4000..

this one says $650 (R4680), dunno bout shipping cost..i pm'd him and im waiting for his response..

I guess of course you do... well I'd be interested to know how he did that, whether the online retailers in America can actually do that shipping internationally for you..

thanks willirob..im looking for the GTX firstly and secondly, preferably eVGA or MSI brand..

the XFX as i have read on many reviews does not perform as well as those other brands when it comes to sound, heat, all that stuff..
Secondly, for the GTX, they want too much, especially for it being XFX.. I can find a better MSI one here for R6100..

They said they cant import the EVGA version here for some or other reason and I have not tried the BFG version, Ive got a mate who is going to Aus in december and I am considering asking Her to buy it there for me and get it when she gets back.

THe Shipping is about 55 dollars. "

That sucks that they dont import the eVGA version..i mean if im gonna spend that amount of money on a card, i wont just get any version of it..i want the best..i cant find the URL of the link that mentioned the best version, but when i do i'll post it here..

Can anyone find an online shop in the UK or USA that will ship the eVGA or MSI 8800GTX out to SA for me? I've been looking for ages, but with no luck.

thanks dude...thats the one im looking for, but a bit pricey..will have to wait for those prices to come down cos i saw the same MSI one there for R6100 in another shop..

bru your not a hectic gamer but you want the gtx?

why waste the cash on a few frames?

and besides, by the time the GTS cant play the latest games, neither will the GTX

i dunno dude...i want something that'll last..an i think that the gtx will last me much longer than the gts wont it?

i dont want to just get something then have to upgrade it in the next year or so..that would work out more than if i just bought the better component in the first place..

Also remember its gona be a while before any dx10 games are in full swing, by the time they are nVidea will have something better and ATi's cards(ATI FTW ) will be out. So ja the GTX seems a bit of a moot IMO
