So what phone would anyone recommend in 2026?

What is the best phone on the market right now? I need to replace my S21 Ultra.
 
Since you're using a Samsung, why then not look at the S25 or even upcoming S26 Ultra?
 
Poco F8 Ultra.

The problem is that there are no official sellers and warranty in SA. So you have to import it or rely on the grey imports.

Of course you can go for the latest Samsung or iPhone flagship seeing that you already have something similar.
