Yep sadly you are probably right, but now that it is in the open this may indeed be used.
 
I'm pretty sure any investigation into this will be a futile waste of taxpayer's money and in the process some ANC elite will get richer.

There one big difference comrade and that is the fact that the "apartheid" government stopped their plundering decades ago whereas the ANC plundered the economy even worse the last few decades while they rule and budgeted enough to continue their plundering into the next few decades.

Have you got a link to a list of those charges? The only results I can find are information on how flawed the prosecution was.
 
I am wondering if a large part of the monies mentioned during apartheids final years wasn't perhaps payment to FW and his broederbond buddies. Sort of "hey mandela, we will give you the country If you will turn a blind eye to this this and that".....remember a lot of stuff was agreed as part of the transition to full democracy that we will never be privy to. Many bungholes are being offered similar deals to step down (mugabe...)
