New process makes milk last for six weeks

Now for a process that stops long-life milk from tasting like plastic and we're into a new era of milk enjoyment.

Do you consider cooked meat to be meat?
I buy cooked meat in a restaurant, I buy raw meat from a shop that hopefully wasn't too processed.

I appreciate that this will make milk last longer, but I really doubt that what I get in a 2l form from clover is anyway near to the 2l that was despatched from the cow.

By far my biggest gripe with ll milk. You get used to it but it still.

ITT: Confused people.

The long life milk you're buying is UHT milk. Its dead as a rock.

This process applies to pasteurised milk...which is just mostly dead. Hence this process...making it a little more dead.

Spar's milk is already available with a 35 day/5 week shelf life, what's the big deal about another week?

So this is for fresh milk and not the currently available long life milk?
