I have been receiving email updates, but I the last couple of updates I received we all blank in the tracking info section.
When I checked it on your site, it hadnt changed from the last time, but I still get sent updates saying it has

Hey Rodga

I will again take a look at it. Our system checks for any change in the results, whether it be a comment, a date or whatever. Some times the parcel may not have moved, but there may have been a change elsewhere.

The reason we are doing it this way is that some couriers sometimes add or edit a note for them to be contacted. If we only look at moving parcels we will not pick up on these notes.

I agree with sending updates with comments or changes made, but the emails I recieved contained no info relating to the package.

Let me know if you still have not received an e-mail.

Our system is programmed to check for updates at various time intervals per day. Some are every 2 hours and others every 4. It also depends then on when the courier company updates their system. Some update hours after a move or delivery.

House, I have sent you a message, which you have ignored. You stated that you would leave this forum for good if your prediction on etag uptake did not take place by end of January.
Have you kept your word? I don't think so....
