IS has been overloaded for *ages*, their solution? Rename the server "vasbyt.isdsl.net" !!!
SAIX sees there server starting to get a bit crammed and:
1. Introduces textnews.saix.net for people who use the text side of Usenet (It's intended purpose)
2. Not too much later introduces another server (with binary access) with greater capacity than the first.
I'm very impressed
