That is pretty sweet deal there! The only cool thing about having a big PSU like that with a big single card setup would be so that you are on the peak of the efficiency curve, like I currently am at with my i7 940 + 2x GTX 460 and my Corsair AX850

But if you're going for Sandy Bridge + GTX 570 you won't be as close to the peak of the efficiency curve as I am.

No, the cool thing about having a very powerful PSU is that you aren't future-limited if you decide to SLI those 570s when you get some more cash in.
