New speedtest server

Hi All,

I've just setup http://speedtest.tenet.ac.za in Johannesburg and http://speedtest-cpt.tenet.ac.za in Cape Town.

Both servers are running speedtest mini and aren't official speedtest servers yet, but if you want to test them while we wait for the listing process, it would be appreciated. Please let me know either on here or via private message if they are working as expected!

The Johannesburg speed test server has a 10G NIC in it, with back end bandwidth to match, so in theory, it should be able to handle even the fastest tests.
