I wonder how they are going to time this... episode IX won't be out until probably 2019, which means the first of Johnson's films might land around 2020, I guess. Gives them plenty of time to flesh out a unique story, which I kind of wish they had done with episode VII, instead of just grab-bagging the plot from Star Wars.

Dec 2018 will be Han Solo.

Dec 2019 will be follow up of Last Jedi.

So Dec 2020 it would probably be.
 
Well after the train wreck known as Star Wars New Hope Recap Edition :Mary sue awakens I've lost all interest in the franchise.

Takes a special type to kill a franchise in one movie

All the new Disney movies where still better than the Jar Jar Binks fiasco's. I'll give them a chance.

He was an annoying character that was the most universally hated character of the star wars movies. Closely followed by the character they hired as Anakin skywalker in the teenager years.

Which amazes me since I find almost all the characters in the Star Wars franchise to be incredibly bland... and as far as annoying goes I don't see why something like C-3PO gets a pass, tried watching the old movies a year or so ago and switched off after that annoying childish whining thing walked onto the screen.
And yes, disclaimer, I hate Star Wars... :D
