Finally my new toys have arrived... :D :D :D

Quad Core Q9400
8GB DDR2-800 Memory
and other random things like a case and 802.11N network card...

Now to spend a day or 2 building a tweaking the machine.

Have to go 64bit.. and Vista's 64bit didn't excite me.. so Win 7 it is... IF my iso works.. :p

atm I have a rubbishy old ATI Radion 2800 (or something like that)..

I never play games on the machine, its used for ALOT of hardcore sql work, and photographic stuff.
 
lol... ultimate goal is actually get a 2nd graphics card so I can run 4 monitors on the box.... as I said.. don't play too many games.. I has an xbox for that :D

Nah... I couldn't stand living amongst the whiney poms... I'd be in jail for mass murder.. :p
 
P4D920 - 3.2Ghz P4 basically... 2gb of ram...

And I've found over the last 6 months that I'm maxxing the machine out constantly.... which drove me mad.
