Going to be honest, still to expensive. on my 20mb/s line I easily break 300gb a month. Uncapped through Cool Ideas, and pay roughly the same.

The 100mb/s price is still way to high, even with a 3TB cap, as you can get cheaper uncapped packages.

ATM, this is still on the high end of the scale

Not sure those networks would be happy you doing 3Tb on "uncapped" products, usually FUP. It's definitely better pricing tho, have you tried using 3Tb in a month? I'm struggling, done like 2 Tb in last 40 days with Bitcoin/Dogecoin nodes/streaming for 4 people and torrents.

I have not been able to do 3tb, but again, I am on a 20mb/s package.

As for Cool Ideas, they don't track my usage, I have to manually track it on my PC, so would be hard for them to throttle.

Only on 25mbps with min overall usage, could easily do 6Tb. They don't track your usage or you don't know they track your usage? They have to account for bandwidth somehow ;) Shouldn't be a need to throttle(Majority of people I know barely use 100Gb a month)

Maybe. But I might actually sign up for some of these if it was available in my area, while the previous pricing was horrendous.

I'd definitely consider the 40Meg/1TB package.

yip, probably true. But I know I use more than that. And given the increase in people streaming netflix etc, as well as the size of games, 100GB is next to nothing.

The problem is not so much the cap, as it is that they are still over priced. Given what you get.

But that is their problem, and you can take up the offer, nothing stopping you tbh.

I know they don't track my usage. @PBCool has stated that on these forums as fact. Also, last month I did 1.6tb of data on my PC, without the netflix etc streamed on PS3 and PS4 and games. For May I am on 1.2TB on my PC. I am still getting my full speed, no threatening letter, or phone calls, nothing.

Curious how you use over 1Tb? 4k downloads? Cool Ideas can handle it ;)
