New website design

We are looking to build a new website for our company.
Where do we start with a developer? Anybody that can suggest who we can contact?

We have got some minor development to do aswell with a WHMCS billing system.

I like this but I think it depends on the person. I am a developer... For me, my stick men come out fugly but they can do magic...

Some other developers I know, make nice stick men and are magically inclined too.

That being said, design gets designated to a designer, I just code and sometimes implement designs
