A great marketing move by Cell C to switch to R5

Hm, well let's see - checked data allocation (*101#) - made a whatsapp call.
Then checked data allocation again. Same result. No data used. Hence, free.

You're correct, just tried it and it's worked for me too now. Previously it hadn't. But there were also times where I had free WhatsApp without a positive balance.
