Quick one i have a domain i am looking at , it was last in use in 2011 and is no longer in use does anyone know how i go about finding the owner?

Where google refers to www.google.co.za

its a gamble- if the guy knows there is an interest in it he could charge $10 000 and then sit on it.
On the other hand if he isn't using it for anything he could allow it to expire, but that could take a while.
