Newish CPU

I'm getting a new CPU on an extremely tight budget.
Can anyone tell me if the AMD 5000+ comes with Thermal Paste on it out the box or do I have to get some separately?
It's my first attempt and building a PC from scratch

I'm pretty sure it'll have a little patch of thermal compound on the heatsink. You might want to get some Artic Silver and apply that instead, though

Yes it does come with a patch of compound on the heatsink, Just remember if you going for the 5000 Black edition it's doesn't come at all with a heatsink you need to supply your own one. The normal 5000+ does.
