I saw in another thread that some people are not happy with the idea of paying for Newsday in future. This is understandable, and I would like to share some info.
Newsday is a project by a group of young journalists who are enthusiastic about journalism and the media. They really believe in it.
We have no idea whether it will be successful, or even how we will fund it. At this stage, they write things, we promote them, and people will hopefully like the articles and find Newsday valuable.
A guarantee: If Newsday is successful and launches a paywall, all MyBroadband members who like their articles and want to read them will get a free account. No questions asked.
I hope that calms any concerns that you may have about paying for the content in future.
