1) Log in to Newshost.
2) Click on your user picture to go to your Profile.
3) Under the Invites section it will tell you how many invites you have available to give.
4) Click on the Red word "Available" and a new page will open up where you insert your friends e-mail address.
5) Click Send to send him the invite.

I've been using NZBMatrix to get my NZB's over the last two days while Newshost is down.
Same here. I'm thinking of getting the VIP membership so sickbeard can pull from there.
