Is the site down again?

I am new to NBZ's so maybe its just me.

I have registered, downloaded GrabIt but I fail to connect.

Another thing, when I registered I got a message that an email was sent to my email address but the email was blank .. Is there any information that I needed (in link form to verify the email?)

Can someone help here please ...

There was issues with someone's password a while back. The email is important AFAIK.

Hello, there is no link validation on NewsHost. (Signup and Go) The email is so you have a record of your username and password. The email was probably blank because your Mail Client is blocking HTML emails. NewsHost isnt the actual News Server...

Thanks for the advice. I still cannot connect, do you maybe know if the site is down? I think I did everything right but you never know.

I can connect to the site, I can see the files, I download a file import it with GrabIt but GrabIt fails to connect to initiate the download

You sure you put the correct host name in when you configured the server in Grabit? Double check your config. with the NZB Guide > http://www.newshost.za.net/newshost/nzb-guide.php

Keep your briefs on people, it'll be back up if there's a notice saying that it's down for maintenance :/
