Good Day All!

I would like to find out if there any alternatives to Newton Mail as I have only just picked up that the App and service it offers has now been discontinued ( I saw this on a few Medium articles, cannot get the links due to company firewalling), so another confirmation of this would be welcome, if anyone can refute the statement I have made that would be even more welcome!

I am moving from iOS back to Android after a long and difficult think regarding this. I am not willing to pay for a flagship device which only offers a really well thought out OS and little to nothing else in terms of value. The only thing I do not want to lose is my iOS mailbox, which is so well streamlined and organized it would really blow if I lose it.

I have tried to config Gmail to send and receive mails from an IMAP protocol and it does work, but I do not like GSnail's UI and it is way to cluttered.

I am looking for a clean App user friendly app.

My device of choice will be a Huawei P20.

Aquamail is much more powerful and is not a subsrciption R10p/m, but forever.

Huawei bundled mail app is OK for me as well. Not so many options, but clean and easy to use and powerful enough for many. Some poorly formated Emails look better on this app than on Aquamail (yes I tried many options).

I did not mind paying for Newton, I usually never pay for apps at all.

I'll have a look at the stock app on the device, might as well.

Are you using a variant of the P20 if I may ask, out of curiosity?

So a paid email app wont be a pain.

Yes, a variant: Y6 2018, they all look like P20. :)
I am very new to Android, but my first search was for a decent Email app. AquaMail free version works full featured with ads, so you can test before purchasing. Tons of options, getting confused with some.

Another search was for Web browser: check Kiwi.
